Shuswap Rotary is grieving the loss of Rotarian Sherry Gilroy who passed away Mar 29, 2024. Sherry embodied the spirit of Service Above Self, not only through Rotary, but several other organizations she supported as well. You could have met Sherry camping with Girl Guides or Boy Scouts, helping at blood clinics, registering folks displaced by wildfires, coordinating volunteers at the music festival, or manning the entertainer's gate at the Fall Fair, among other activities. Sherry's memorial service is at First Community on Saturday, June 8 at 11 a.m.
